Ottawa: Four Indian citizens have died while one person has been injured in a road accident in the Canadian province of Ontario. Information regarding this has been given by the officials. The crash happened last Thursday in the Lake Shore Boulevard East and Cherry Street area of downtown Toronto, police said in a press release. The release said that there were five people aged 25 to 32 in the Tesla car. The driver lost control of the vehicle, following which it hit a guard rail and then a concrete pillar and caught fire.

“So far we have gathered some evidence that (high) speed was a factor in the crash,” the Toronto Sun newspaper quoted Toronto Police Deputy Inspector Philip Sinclair as saying. The press release said that after receiving information about the accident, police officers who reached the spot declared four people in the car dead while the 25-year-old woman was taken to the hospital, whose condition is out of danger. According to reports, the woman was saved by a passing driver.
