New Delhi: During the meeting between PM Modi and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in New Delhi on Friday, the October 7 attack on Israel was condemned. India and Germany issued a joint statement terming the massacre on Israel as a terrorist attack by Hamas and strongly condemned it. Let us tell you that Hamas terrorists had carried out a major terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, in which about 1200 Israelis were killed. During this period, Hamas terrorists had taken 238 Israelis hostage.

Frustrated by this terrorist attack by Hamas, Israel is still carrying out fierce air strikes in Gaza and Lebanon. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to completely destroy Hamas in Gaza and the Iran-backed Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon. So far, hundreds of commanders and terrorists, including both Hamas chiefs Ismail Haniya alias Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar, have been killed in the Israeli attack. Apart from this, the Israeli army had also killed Hezbollah Chief Hassan Nasrallah and his successor Hashim Saffieddin in Lebanon.
