Bengaluru: A tragic accident was witnessed in the city on Tuesday. Here a building under construction suddenly collapsed. After this accident, information is coming to light that 20 people are trapped under the debris. According to the information received so far, one laborer has died. It is being told that construction work was still going on in the building, during which this accident happened. The case of collapse of under construction building is being reported from Babusapalya area of Bengaluru. It is being told that this accident happened due to rain. Rescue operation is being conducted at the spot.
CCTV footage surfaced
The video of the time of the house collapse has also surfaced. This video was captured in a CCTV camera located near the incident site, which has now come to light. In the video, the entire house can be seen collapsing together. Everyone is shocked to see the video of the incident. During the incident, work was going on in the house and many laborers were also present there. Of these, about 20 laborers are said to be trapped inside, efforts are being made to take them out. Relief and rescue teams are present at the spot.
Rescue work continues
Giving information about the incident, a senior police officer said that 20 people are feared trapped inside the building. Relief and rescue operations are being conducted with the help of other agencies. So far 14 people have been evacuated, while 5 people are still feared trapped inside. A laborer has died there. According to the information, officials are present at the spot and work is being done to safely rescue the people trapped inside.
