Jaipur: The series of bomb threats on planes has not stopped. Another international flight has made an emergency landing after receiving a bomb threat. According to the information, a bomb threat was received in Air India Express flight number IX-196. This plane was coming from Dubai to Jaipur. There was panic after receiving a bomb threat at 12.45 pm.
An emergency landing of the plane was made at Jaipur airport at 1:20 am. There were a total of 189 passengers on board this plane. After landing, security forces searched the entire plane. But nothing suspicious was found in the investigation.
Bomb threat in Vistara flight also
Earlier, after a bomb threat was received in a 'Vistara' plane going from Delhi to London, it was diverted towards Frankfurt. The aircraft landed safely at Frankfurt Airport. According to the information, Vistara flight number 'UK17' going from Delhi to London on October 18 received a security threat on social media. Following protocol, all concerned authorities were immediately informed and the pilots diverted the flight to Frankfurt as a precautionary measure.
In the last few days, about 40 flights operated by Indian airlines had received bomb threats, although all of these were later proven to be false. The Civil Aviation Ministry is planning to implement strict rules to curb incidents of false bomb threats being received by airlines, with offenders being put on the 'no-fly' list. The purpose of this list is to identify unruly passengers and ban them from boarding the aircraft.
