The court said that Abbas Ansari should cooperate in the investigation.

The Supreme Court has rejected the demand for interim bail in the gangster case. The Supreme Court directed the Allahabad High Court to try to complete the hearing on the bail plea in the gangster case within four weeks. Abbas's lawyer Kapil Sibal said that he has been in jail for more than one and a half years.
