Gaza: Hamas has rejected the claim of killing Yahya Sinwar in the Israeli attack. On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has officially confirmed the killing of Hamas Chief Yahya Sinwar. In a statement the Israeli Prime Minister said that we have eliminated “Yahya Sinwar”. Whereas Hamas is still claiming that its leader is alive.
It was only after the massive airstrike on Gaza that the Israeli Army had expressed the possibility of Sinwar being killed, but had asked for a DNA test to confirm it. But the claim was not officially confirmed at that time. Now in the official announcement from Israel, it has been said that Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, who massacred 1200 people in Israel on October 7, 2023, has been killed. He was responsible for plotting attacks on Israel and killing its people.
Hamas said this
Hamas said that after reviewing all reliable sources and communicating with official parties, we unequivocally confirm that our leader Yahya Sinwar is safe. There has been no loss to any of our members or leaders. We see that these malicious rumors are part of hostile efforts to weaken the morale of the Palestinian people and sow discord among its members. Hamas said that we call on all media outlets and citizens to exercise caution in the dissemination and dissemination of information and not to fall prey to unreliable sources. Meanwhile, Israel's Foreign Ministry has also officially confirmed the death of Yahya Sinwar.
Hamas said that it will continue efforts to liberate Palestinian land
Rejecting the claim of Yahya Sinwar's death, Hamas said that those who do so work to spread anarchy and fragment national unity. But we will continue to fulfill our national duty and protest against the occupation and the movement to liberate the Palestinian land. Hamas will continue to play its role for this. In conclusion, we assure our heroic people that Hamas and all its leaders and members are fully prepared to continue the path of resistance and work towards achieving legitimate national goals and that Allah will grant success. .
