PM Modi further said that our NDA alliance is committed to taking forward the progress of the country and empowering the poor and the deprived.

After the oath taking of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, various leaders including the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Ministers of NDA also attended the meeting in Chandigarh to discuss the development issues. In a statement ahead of the meeting, the BJP said that 13 Chief Ministers and 16 Deputy Chief Ministers across the country belong to the BJP, while the Chief Ministers of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Sikkim, Nagaland and Meghalaya belong to its allies, who are participating in the conference. . BJP said that this is the first such conference of NDA in the last several years. The BJP and its allies are preparing to take on the opposition alliance in the Maharashtra and Jharkhand elections to be held next month.

After the meeting of NDA Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers, BJP President JP Nadda said that PM Modi has emphasized that the problems of the people should be solved with the help of governance. PM Modi said that India should also focus on Pro-People, Pro-Governance and take it forward.

Discussion on 6 proposals

JP Nadda said that 17 Chief Ministers and 18 Deputy Chief Ministers attended today's important meeting and 6 proposals were discussed and passed in the meeting. The first proposal in the meeting was put forward by Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde on the party's victory in Haryana due to PM Modi's policies. Shinde said that Prime Minister Modi got the support of farmers, youth and athletes. After this, a proposal was made by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh to celebrate 'Amrit Mahotsav of the Constitution' in 2025, which was passed unanimously.
