You can eat chutney with dal chalav or roti. Ingredients for Dry Garlic Chutney: Lehsun Chutney Ingredients

One spoon oil, half cup crushed garlic, half cup desiccated coconut, one spoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, one spoon peanuts, one spoon cumin, one spoon coriander powder, half spoon fenugreek, half spoon turmeric, one spoon mango powder, salt as per taste.

How to make dry garlic chutney? How To Make Lehsun Chutney Recipe

  • first step, Turn on the gas and add 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Now add one cup crushed garlic in it. Fry it on low flame till it turns golden brown otherwise it will remain raw from inside. After that, add one spoon peanuts in it and fry it.

  • Second step: Now add one spoon cumin, one spoon coriander powder and half spoon fenugreek. Fry these ingredients on low flame until aroma comes out. Now add half a cup of dry coconut and fry it well. Now turn off the gas and let it cool.

  • third step: Now put all these ingredients in a blender jar and add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon mango powder, a pinch of asafoetida and salt as per taste. Keep in mind that you do not have to use water in this. Grind them coarsely, your dry garlic chutney is ready.
