Jagan was not stopped from going to Tirupati temple, if notice has been received then show it: CM Naidu – Top News Bulletin

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday said Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) supremo YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is claiming as if authorities have stopped him from visiting the Tirumala temple. Naidu asked whether any notice was given to him (Jagan) not to go to the temple. Responding to Jagan's decision to postpone plans to perform rituals at the Tirupati Lord Venkateshwara temple, Naidu said every religious place has its own traditions and customs and anyone who wants to visit a place of worship should follow them there. The norms should be respected.

'Tell the former CM who stopped him from going to Tirupati temple'

The Chief Minister said Jagan's statement that he had gone to Tirumala temple even without signing the 'declaration paper' proving his faith does not give him the right to repeat that mistake. The Chief Minister said, “I don't know what was the reason behind him (Jagan) not going to Tirumala, but he was claiming as if he was stopped and a notice was issued. I'm asking you directly. Have you been given any notice? “Did anyone tell you not to go there?”

'No person is above traditions and customs'

He said there were reports that YSRCP was spreading information to mobilize people about Jagan's temple visit, forcing the police to impose restrictions. Naidu said, “Traditions and customs should be respected. No person is above traditions and customs.”
