Tirupati (AP) Jaganmohan Reddy's party YSRCP has alleged that ahead of party chief Jagan's visit to Tirumala, Tirupati police has issued notices to party leaders warning them not to attend the event. The party has also claimed that its leaders are being placed under house arrest by the police.

Police under political influence – YSRCP

Jagan Reddy's party has alleged that Andhra Pradesh Police is issuing notices to YSRCP leaders ahead of Jagan Mohan Reddy's visit to Tirupati on the instructions of CM Chandrababu Naidu and Minister Nara Lokesh. Leaders have been warned not to participate in the program. Many leaders of the area have already started receiving these notices and many people are being put under house arrest by the police. The party has alleged that this blatant action clearly reflects the biased and discriminatory treatment being meted out to YSRCP leaders in the state. The party has alleged that the police is under political influence.

Jagan will worship in Tirupati on 28th September

YSR Congress sources have informed that Jagan Reddy is expected to reach Tirumala on September 27 and stay there for the night. Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala on September 28. Jagan Reddy called on people to participate in prayers at temples in Andhra Pradesh on September 28 to atone for the sin allegedly committed by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu by blaming Tirupati laddus.
