Noida. Noida police arrested three robbers during checking late last night. Police recovered five stolen mobile phones, illegal weapons and a bike from the accused.
These robbers have already gone to jail in cases of robbery in Meerut and other districts. Police has told that on 11th September, Noida Police was checking in Sector58 police station. During this time, a suspicious bike was seen coming near Indus Valley Public School (Sector62). When the police tried to stop the bike, they tried to run away.
When the police chased them, the bike went out of control and fell. Meanwhile, the robbers started firing on the police team while fleeing. After this, the police retaliated. Salik alias Sadiq and Deepak got injured when the police bullet hit their legs. The police immediately arrested the robbers. Whereas, the police team ran and caught the third robber Sunny who was fleeing from the spot.
Police said that a bike (Hero HF Deluxe), two illegal pistols, one live and two empty cartridges of 315 bore, five looted mobiles, Rs 2,300 looted cash and a red coloured bag have been recovered from the accused.
Earlier also these people have committed many incidents of robbery in Noida. These criminals have already gone to jail in cases of robbery and theft from Meerut and other districts. The injured criminals have been sent to the hospital for treatment.
