Mumbai. Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty recently released a video and shared his Sunday routine with people.
In this video, Sunil Shetty is telling that he finds peace in gardening. In the video, he can be seen pruning and trimming his plants, which helps to keep them fresh.
He explained how the act of cutting old branches represents life. Sometimes removing old branches makes room for new branches.
Sunil, who has five million followers on Instagram, shared a reel video of his Sunday 'therapy' session. Looking casual in a grey Tshirt and blue shorts, the actor can be seen pruning plants in his luxurious home.
In the caption, she described the therapeutic nature of pruning. She said, “There is something magical about pruning plants. Cutting away the old parts so that the rest can thrive. It's like pressing the reset button not only for my plants, but for me as well. A little pruning, a little fresh air, and then we're both ready to grow again. Sometimes we all need to remove the old to make room for the new and let the light in.”
Talking about his career, the 62yearold actor has acted in more than 100 films in a career spanning over 30 years. He made his debut in Hindi films in 1992 with 'Balwan' opposite Divya Bharti.

He has also starred in 'Shaadi Se Pehle', 'Phir Hera Pheri', 'Apna Sapna Money Money', 'Mission Istanbul', 'De Dana Dan' and 'No Problem'.
Recently, Sunil was seen in 'Operation Friday' written and directed by Vishram Sawant. Randeep Hooda and Neetu Chandra are in the lead roles with him in this film.
He will next be seen in 'Welcome to the Jungle' and 'Hera Pheri 3'.
