It is possible to withdraw EPF amount without the signature of the employer. You can do this by generating a claim online. The money is credited to your account within 15 days of your claim. However, to withdraw money from the PF account without the permission of the company, you will need to have an active Universal Account Number (UAN), updated KYC and your mobile number registered with your UAN.
