He said that in such a situation the patient may also face problems like headache, feeling faint etc.

He further said, “Apart from this, the deficiency of this vitamin causes pain in hands and legs along with slight difficulty in seeing. In such a case, anemia and brainrelated diseases can also occur. It also causes problems like weakening of bones.”

Dr. Yugam Prasad Shandilya said, “In such a situation, the digestion of most of the patients is not good, they have a lot of trouble in digesting food. In such a situation, if you are facing any of these problems, then consult your doctor immediately.”
