Many kinds of thoughts come to people's mind regarding Vitamin D, such as we stay in the sun all day, how can we have a deficiency of Vitamin D? Let us tell you that Vitamin D is a natural substance found in our body. Which we get from sunlight. In a country like India, people can get it by spending 30 to 40 minutes in the sun in a day. People think that we roam around outside every day, then why the extra sunlight?

Those who claim that we spend 30 to 40 minutes in the sun every day, then why is our vitamin D low, then one of the biggest reasons behind this is that we go out but do not let even a single ray of sunlight fall on our body. We cover our body with clothes as much as possible, go out after applying sunscreen. In such a situation, vitamin D does not reach the body. This is the reason why so many people in our country are suffering from vitamin D deficiency today.

Experts say that earlier people used to complete most of their work by sitting in the sun. But in the present times, on the contrary, we prefer to do all our daily work by sitting within the four walls of our homes. Children have also started coming out of their homes less, instead of playing outside in the sun, they prefer to spend time on their mobiles and tablets, due to this also most of the children are becoming victims of Vitamin D deficiency.
