Work is progressing rapidly for 4G network

It is worth noting that this government-owned telecom company is also accelerating the 4G rollout across the country. The government is working at a fast pace to bring BSNL back on track. The company aims to provide better connectivity and for this, the company is working vigorously towards installing 100,000 mobile towers for 4G coverage across the country with the help of government funds of Rs 6,000 crore.

Let us tell you that recently Union Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia had highlighted the plans for the success of BSNL at the Public Affairs Forum of India. He had said that there are usually two major players in the telecom industry, but in India there are currently four which include Jio, Airtel, VI and BSNL. He had highlighted the work being done by the government and future plans to bring BSNL back on track.

BSNL 4G roll out

He said that BSNL is rapidly setting up a 4G network for high speed network connectivity. According to the Union Minister, BSNL has set a target of installing 1 lakh 4G towers by the month of June next year, out of which 75 thousand towers are to be installed this year. He said that at present 4G coverage has reached 98 percent of the districts of the country and now BSNL is also moving ahead in this direction.

BSNL Customer Care Management

The Union Minister also said that after the rollout of BSNL 4G, the company will also make efforts to attract customers. He also said that after the tariff plan hike by private companies, people are once again inclined towards BSNL. He said that after the rollout of the network, their main challenge is to retain customers. Therefore, the company is now also preparing a Customer Relationship Management model.
