Today, for those who love to eat Manchurian, we are going to tell you about Manchurian made from semolina, which is not only tasty but also beneficial for health. It can also be tried as breakfast. This recipe full of taste can be prepared easily.

Semolina Balls Of For
Semolina – 1 bowl
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 12
Red chilli powder – 12 tsp
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Oil
Salt – as per taste

Onion- 2
Capsicum – 1
Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Schezwan chutney – 2 tsp
Arrowroot – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 2
Black pepper powder – 12 tsp
Garlic finely chopped – 5 cloves
Red chilli powder – 12 tsp
Oil
Salt – as per taste
Method
First of all prepare Manchurian balls. For this, finely chop the onion and capsicum. Now put some oil in a pan, add chopped onion and capsicum in it and fry both on low flame. It will take 5 minutes for both to become soft.
Now add red chili powder, turmeric and salt and mix well with a ladle. Now add semolina and fry the mixture well. Add some water and mix well. When it cools down, prepare balls and fry them. Manchurian balls taste very delicious even without gravy.
After frying all the balls of the mixture, now start the process of making gravy for Manchurian. For this, first of all put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame for heating. When the oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic, onion, capsicum, green chillies and fry them all for 5 minutes.
When the onion and capsicum become soft, add black pepper powder, red chili powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce, schezwan chutney and salt and mix. After this, add one cup of water to the gravy. After cooking for some time, add arrowroot to it. Dissolve the arrowroot in one spoon of water and dilute it and add it to the gravy.
After cooking the gravy for 2-3 minutes, add Manchurian balls and mix well. Now cook it for 5 more minutes. Semolina Manchurian is ready.
